I) Approach the entrance to the Labyrinth and focus.
II) Relax your eyes and allow for a ‘soft gaze’, one that is not critical.
III) Acknowledge the Labyrinth with a bow and step onto the path.
IV) Walk mindfully, with a sense of reverence but without judgment.
V) When you reach the centre of the Labyrinth, pause and breathe.
VI) Stay for as long as you can hold the emptiness.
VII) Now ask for some insight or an answer to your difficulties.
VIII) Proceed with the walk back out.
IX) At the end of the path turn and bow or acknowledge the Labyrinth again.
X) Walk again whenever the opportunity presents itself.
